If the squirrel has entered there - both times it sounded like only one - can a professional trap it if it is between floors and not in an accessible area like Pomona animal control an attic? I am sending a couple of photos of the section of the house where I believe the entry is likely so you can see the difficulty of accessing the area. As you advised I wouldn't even consider poison or Pomona pest control any other means that would harm or kill the animal.

This is the north side of the house. The tree trunk is Pomona pest control about 25 feet from the house. The lower left hand window is in the room where I sleep. The noise is coming from the ceiling of that room and under the floor above where the dormer is. Where you see a line down the roof to the right Pomona wildlife removal of the dormer and to the right of the bedroom window is the end of the original house and beginning of an extension. There is a brick wall that was the exterior of the original house dividing the two sections and I don't think there Pomona wildlife removal would be any access between the two. The old and new structures are covered by insulated aluminum siding. From the cut-out of the roof to the front of the house - going left - there is a cathedral ceiling so there is no Pomona animal trapping connection between the bedrooms and the front or the back of the house. This is why I think the access hole must be under the lower roof.



Here is a (poor) close-up of the likely access area which would be under the lower roof although I can't see any holes at all anywhere. The soffits and fascia seem to Pomona animal trapping be totally intact, the roof is new, the vents are undamaged.

I appreciate that you took the time to answer my inquiry. Your input makes me feel better as a squirrel, although not what I want to have in my house, would be my choice of the options.
