Hey David, I have been reading your website and have been using snap Lake Forest animal control traps in the attic. I called a wildlife removal person and he did a thorough inspection of my house and set out 10 rat traps. I've killed two rats with the traps. I hired a handyman to work on closing the holes in Lake Forest pest control my house. But, the wildlife removal guy said because my house is so old and I live in a rural place, there's no way all the cracks and crevices can be sealed up. My response: It's hard to prevent rats from living outside. But know this - rats live in a VERY small territory - usually not more than 100 feet of space. My problem is that I have paid for exclusions, traps and bait with more than 5 companies and NO ONE can figure out Lake Forest exterminator how rats are getting in. There are not many signs either.
